Items are sterilized at 120°C and fiber-conditioned prior to packaging. No musty warehouse odor; pieces are ready to wear the moment you break the seal.
§ 03 · 48-HOUR CONDITION GUARANTEE & RETURNS
HONEST THRIFT RETENTION POLICY
Because every TWOFIVE piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage original with exact flat measurements provided online, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or size mismatch. Please inspect the measurements table before placing an order.
However, we stand 100% behind our condition grading. If you receive a piece with an undisclosed material flaw (such as an unlisted rip, broken zipper, or permanent stain not disclosed in our notes), you are covered by our 48-Hour Condition Guarantee.

- Take clear photos of the garment and the undisclosed flaw.
