§ 01 · PRICING & FLAT RATE GUARANTEE
Yes. Every piece listed on TWOFIVE — whether it is a 100% raw silk shirt, peak-lapel linen blazer, or heavy 14oz cargo denim — is priced at exactly ₦2,500. There are no price tiers, no bidding wars, and no sudden price hikes when an item receives interest.
Never. The only additional cost is the delivery courier fee based on your delivery address (₦2,000 for Lagos Island/Lekki, ₦2,500 for Lagos Mainland, and ₦4,500 for Nationwide Interstate Priority).
§ 02 · THRIFT INVENTORY & SIZING
TWOFIVE is a true vintage and contemporary thrift archive. Unlike fast-fashion retailers who mass-produce identical garments in factories, each piece we discover is a genuine one-of-one (1-of-1) original. Once an item is bought, no duplicate piece exists in our stock.
Because vintage garment tags can be unreliable or sized under older sizing systems, we measure every piece flat by hand. Check the Exact Garment Measurements table on each product page for chest width, back length, shoulder width, waist circumference, and inseam. We strongly recommend comparing these numbers with a garment you already love in your wardrobe.
Pieces added to your shopping bag are held for 15 minutes during an active session to allow you to complete checkout. After 15 minutes without order completion, the reservation expires so other collectors have a fair chance.
§ 03 · HYGIENE, QUALITY & CONDITION
Absolutely. Every single piece is inspected for fabric integrity, treated with commercial 120°C medical-grade steam sterilization to kill 99.9% of bacteria and allergens, and steam-pressed. When your package arrives, your garments are pristine and ready to wear immediately.
Our Grade A standard signifies that the garment has intact seams, functional buttons/zippers, zero tears, and no permanent stains. Any gentle vintage character or wash patina is explicitly described in the honest Condition Notes section on that product's page.
§ 04 · DISPATCH, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders completed before 2:00 PM are dispatched for next-day delivery across both Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah) and Lagos Mainland (Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja, Magodo, Gbagada).
Yes! We ship nationwide across Nigeria (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, etc.) via priority courier (FedEx / GIG Logistics) for a flat ₦4,500 fee. Deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days with tracking updates.
Due to the 1-of-1 nature of thrift archives, returns for change of mind or sizing mistakes are not accepted. However, if a received garment has a material defect or condition discrepancy not disclosed in our honest product condition report, notify our WhatsApp concierge within 48 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement store credit or resolution.
